SymTRX, an Improved Fertilizer with better Environmental and Agricultural Effect

The farming sector of the US will be improved even further with the employment of new ways to improve the soil to grow better crops. That can be done by the strategic use of organic waste. Agricultural crop waste, animal manure, and wastewater can be used to make fertilizers.

Anuvia Plant Nutrients, a Floridian company, was successful enough to establish a fertilizer product named SymTRX. That product is made in a zero-waste manufacturing facility. That is to say that no material would be wasted, but there would be continuous reuse for manufacturing the fertilizer.

The producers of this product wanted to develop a technology that would add nutrition to the crops. The technology can rely on waste materials from different agricultural sources.

Shawn Semones, the vice president of this company, says that the process that this technology involves manufacturing a fertilizer with better effects. Moreover, it contains 17% to 18% organic content. The tests that were conducted with this fertilizer resulted in better soil health, increased yield, and considerably limited effect on the environment.

When it comes to its composition, SymTRX contains carbon that goes a long way in improving the performance of the soil. The lesser Nitrogen release could be regarded as a crucial step towards the betterment of the earth’s environment. Moreover, this fertilizer will not harm the quality of water.

This technology would ensure success for acres of land to grow cotton, canola, sugar beets, rice, soybean, and corn crops.

    The Economical Betterment

Anuivia emphasized the economic factors, in addition to the environmental and agricultural ones. The company believes that the reuse of various organic materials would definitely prove to be helpful for our economy.

Shawn Semones says that their company aimed to establish the technology with zero emissions and zero waste. SymTRX bought that vision to life. He added further that using SymTRX at the place of one million acres saves the emission of carbon dioxide just like removing more than 30,000 vehicles from the road.

The manufacturing of this product requires much space. That compelled the Anuvia company to form a partnership with Mosaic.

Adam Herges, an agronomist of Mosaic, says that their company felt it a better trade to go along with Anuvia because of their innovative technology. This partnership would bring success for both companies.

They believe that innovative fertilizer can improve soil health, water quality, and crop health. That can be viewed as an improvement in the profitability of Iowa farmers. It is a step that should be appreciated and even aided by the government to further strengthen the agricultural sector.

    Improved Crop Fertility and Environment

Anuvia and Mosaic working together will help in the advancement of a sustainability strategy for farmers as well as the involved companies.

The research conducted by Anuvia company shows that the emission of Nitrogen has decreased by 50% compared to Urea which emits about 69% of Nitrogen. Along with the reduction in the percentage of Nitrogen, the companies adopted 4R practices that would improve the utilization of nutrients. Moreover, the microbial respiration of SymTRX caused an increase in microbial activity.

    Reduced Greenhouse Emissions

Environmental Resources Management generated an important observation that Anuvia’s technology has reduced CHG. The use of this technology can prove beneficial in many ways. The reduction in greenhouse gases, better crops, soil and water, and various other benefits make it a perfect fit for the agricultural sector.

The investors realize its importance, which is why numerous companies have invested to improve sustainability. Investing in this sector is crucial because we are talking about the actual difference that could occur in water and air quality.
